Platinum Package: Full Service Wedding Planning

12 months in advance | Starting at $1250

Your dream wedding is just a few steps away. Starting up to 12 months in advance, I partner with the happy couple throughout the planning process, from selecting a cohesive design, to creating a meaningful ceremony, to making the reception memorable. Every detail will be handled. My team and I take care of all the small, technical details so that you can focus on having a great time with your guests. Enjoy your engagement and have fun on your big day!

 

As your planner and coordinator, I will: ​

  • Help your vision come to life in the design and guest experience for the day

  • Create a day-of timeline

  • Handle crises, including putting out fires (literal and figurative)

  • Be on hand to answer questions, offer guidance & clarify arising issues so you don't have to 

  • Streamline communication between vendors

  • Handle logistical details for all vendor deliveries and set up

  • Oversee set up of ceremony and reception spaces

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors

  • Provide design consultation

  • Coordinate between all your selected vendors, including venue site coordinator, decorator, photographer, officiant, florist, DJ/musician, caterer, etc. This includes phone calls, emails, virtual and in-person meetings as needed to go over any last-minute details.

  • Communicate with the wedding party, distinguished family members and VIP guests of the bride & groom

  • Run the rehearsal

  • Have an emergency kit and supplies on hand the day-of

The Platinum Full-Service Package includes everything from the Diamond Day-of Package plus:

  • Up to 4 venue walkthroughs (in person and virtual)

  • help securing up to 10 vendors, including specialty vendors

    ​

  • Attend dress and tux fittings

    ​

  • Attend vendor meetings, cake & menu tasting

    ​

  • Budgeting

    ​

  • Consultations for stationery, music, floral, centerpieces, lighting and décor

  • Help with RSVPs, seating chart

    ​

  • Help with wedding website, registry, hashtag generation, and social media updates

     

  • Set up sentimental and personalized décor items such as welcome sign and memorial table for loved one who have passed away

  • Setting up other décor items such as programs, escort & place setting cards, guestbook, menu cards, favors, thank you notes, items for grand exit

  • ​Assemble proposal boxes for bridesmaids and groomsmen

  • Deliver thank you gifts to family members

  • Distribute final payments to all vendors

  • Help coordinate hotel room block and travel accommodations for guests

  • Assemble guest welcome bags and deliver to hotel

  • Plan and coordinate one additional event such as rehearsal dinner or bon voyage brunch

    • 2 hours on rehearsal day

    • 10 hours on wedding day

  • Additional assistants (beyond the one included) available as needed for additional cost

  • Help with cleanup at additional cost

Diamond Package: Day of Coordination

Design Your Day. starting at $850

I am here to relieve stress and make sure your day runs smoothly! You can trust my experience and expertise in creating a day of timeline that makes sense and flows well from getting ready to the end of the reception. Starting up to 4 months in advance, I will meet with you to understand your vision and priorities as a couple, and implement your plans seamlessly so that your dream wedding day becomes reality.

Just the Essentials

A La Carte Services to meet your needs

This option provides à la carte services where you can customize the package that is just right for you!

Vendor Selection Package $150

  • Help selecting vendors in up to 5 categories

During our initial consultation, we will discuss what you are looking for in your dream vendor team, covering specifics such as your aesthetic and any special requests. I will then reach out to potential vendors in each of the five categories you identify, ensuring they meet your needs of budget, date availability, guest count (if applicable), and more. I will ask and field questions on your behalf, saving you the back-and-forth emails and text messages. I will then share with you a personalized spreadsheet with contact information and package information for up to 12 vendors in each of the five categories. You can then reach out to them to set up a meeting and go from there. At every step along the way, I will be on hand to assist you with securing your dream vendor team!
