Platinum Package: Full Service Wedding Planning
12 months in advance | Starting at $1250
Your dream wedding is just a few steps away. Starting up to 12 months in advance, I partner with the happy couple throughout the planning process, from selecting a cohesive design, to creating a meaningful ceremony, to making the reception memorable. Every detail will be handled. My team and I take care of all the small, technical details so that you can focus on having a great time with your guests. As your planner and coordinator, I will: ​

Help your vision come to life in the design and guest experience for the day

Create a day-of timeline

Handle crises, including putting out fires (literal and figurative)

Be on hand to answer questions, offer guidance & clarify arising issues so you don't have to

Streamline communication between vendors

Handle logistical details for all vendor deliveries and set up

Oversee set up of ceremony and reception spaces

Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors

Provide design consultation

Coordinate between all your selected vendors, including venue site coordinator, decorator, photographer, officiant, florist, DJ/musician, caterer, etc. This includes phone calls, emails, virtual and in-person meetings as needed to go over any last-minute details.

During our initial consultation, we will discuss what you are looking for in your dream vendor team, covering specifics such as your aesthetic and any special requests. I will then reach out to potential vendors in each of the five categories you identify, ensuring they meet your needs of budget, date availability, guest count (if applicable), and more. I will ask and field questions on your behalf, saving you the back-and-forth emails and text messages. I will then share with you a personalized spreadsheet with contact information and package information for up to 12 vendors in each of the five categories. You can then reach out to them to set up a meeting and go from there. At every step along the way, I will be on hand to assist you with securing your dream vendor team!
